Starting point / challenge
A traditional craft business wanted to accept larger public contracts, but had no experience with digital procurement processes and no capacity to prepare legally compliant bids.
Our solution
Analysis of the procurement requirements and creation of a standardized offer template.
Placement and coordination of certified freelancers (procurement law, calculation, technical documentation).
Technical support for uploading and tracking the submission.
Training for the internal team on how to use procurement portals.

Freelancer network building for tech start-up (ongoing)
A growing technology startup wants to expand its internal resources through a flexible freelancer network.
Govara is currently developing the appropriate structure – from freelancer selection to contract processes and an internal communications platform.
The goal is to build an agile talent pool that can respond to new customer projects at short notice.
Status: Onboarding of the first 10 freelancers is underway.
